About Me

Samara Selden

I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience, which led me to study psychology and religious studies at Cornell University. After a decade in higher education and community outreach, I shifted to the mind-body healing world and am now training to become a licensed massage therapist at Denver Integrative Massage School. Through my internship, I am learning more about medical massage and the ways that massage therapy can help resolve persistent pain patterns and issues within the body. I am thrilled to be opening my own practice, Radiant Rose Wellness, following graduation.

As a former ballet dancer and current yoga teacher, I’ve cultivated a deep awareness of the body’s muscles and movement patterns. This helps me connect with clients on a deeper level, making me a true ally in their healing journey. My mission? To help you feel better and move with more ease, physically and emotionally.

I’m trained in a range of techniques/ modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, Thai stretching, reflexology, prenatal care, cupping, gua sha, hot stones, cryotherapy, sound healing, and Thai abdominal massage. My integrative approach combines these methods—tailored to your specific needs—to help your body heal itself.
