At Radiant Rose Wellness, my massage therapy practice focuses on evidence-based, therapeutic massage to address persistent tension, injury recovery, surgical healing, chronic pain, and deep relaxation. I collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes for my clients.
I am especially passionate about supporting women through their pre-conception, prenatal, and postpartum journeys. Through compassionate, client-centered massage, my goal is to help women feel more comfortable, cared for, and empowered in their bodies during this transformative stage of life. I offer specialized abdominal and therapeutic massage techniques that can relieve discomfort, support recovery, and nurture a deeper connection to the body.
My approach combines clinical knowledge with an intuitive understanding of movement, shaped by years as a ballet dancer and yoga instructor. This movement background enhances my ability to identify and address imbalances that affect both physical comfort and emotional well-being.
Before becoming a massage therapist, I spent a decade working in higher education and community outreach. My academic path began at Cornell University, where I studied psychology and religious studies—driven by a lifelong fascination with the human experience and the mind-body connection. I later trained at Denver Integrative Massage School and completed a clinical internship at a medical therapeutic massage clinic, where I deepened my skills in treating various physical conditions.
Whether you are navigating pregnancy, recovering from surgery, or simply seeking to move through life with more ease, I’m here to support you with thoughtful, personalized care.
